1. Resistance Hospital Known as “Changyin Camp” Destroyed in Airstrikes

The well-known resistance hospital, referred to by locals as “Changyin Camp,” has been destroyed by airstrikes from the junta forces, according to hospital director Dr. Soe Min.
He confirmed in a video statement that the airstrikes on April 22 and 24 caused severe damage. On April 22 at around 11:30 PM, the junta dropped two bombs from an aircraft. The glasshouse walls were shattered, roofs were blown open, and much of the equipment inside was damaged. Residential quarters also became uninhabitable.
Although the surgical room’s brick walls remained intact, the ceiling and coverings were torn apart, leading to damage of some equipment.
Additional damage included: the outpatient department, inpatient ward, two medical storage rooms, testing facilities, maternity and delivery wards, staff housing, nurses’ quarters, kitchen, and water systems.
On April 24 around 10 AM, a second airstrike further damaged a newly built surgical room and medical equipment. While there were no deaths, the destruction is described as extensive.
The hospital, opened on January 1, 2022, had served resistance areas for over two years before being destroyed.

2. Resistance Forces Ambush SAC Convoy in Sagaing, Kill Over 25 Troops

Resistance forces jointly ambushed a 50-man SAC military column from Division 33 in Sagaing Township, killing over 25 troops and causing the column to scatter and flee, according to local sources.
The attack took place on April 25, targeting a junta force moving between Min Kun and Padu villages.
The convoy, divided and advancing into Sagaing Township, was completely dismantled by resistance attacks. Arms and ammunition were seized, though the current unstable situation has prevented an official report.
Village defense units (LPDFs) and other resistance groups jointly participated in the successful ambush.
3. Soldier Killed, One Pyusawhti Captured Near Pakokku
April 27
On April 24 around 5 PM, resistance forces ambushed junta soldiers and Pyusawhti militia searching for supplies near Nyaung Jit Pin, Pakokku Township, Magway Region.
One junta soldier was killed, and one Pyusawhti militia member was captured alive, according to Myaing Garuda People’s Defense Force.
The operation involved units from Myaing PDF Battalion 2 and allied resistance groups. No casualties were reported on the resistance side.
The resistance urged junta soldiers and Pyusawhti members to surrender and join the people’s side rather than remain isolated and face death.
4. Village Administrator Shot Dead for Forcing Conscription Fees in Minhla

A village administrator in Minhla Township, Bago Region, accused of forcibly collecting military conscription fees, was shot dead, according to the local People’s Defense Force.
Soe Win, the administrator of Ale Kone village, was targeted and killed at around 4:30 PM on April 26 by members of the Thayarwaddy District PDF Battalion 3802 and Minhla Township PDF.
He was accused of extorting money from villagers in the name of conscription, demanding unreasonable fees, and assisting in forced recruitment.
Confiscated from Soe Win were: one knife, 60,000 kyats in cash, a motorbike, two official stamps, conscription lists, and other documents.
The PDFs warned locals to avoid military and junta-affiliated sites, as resistance attacks against junta supporters will intensify.
