“Fascist terrorist junta leader Min Aung Hlaing is not able to properly control his fellow armed groups, and in reality, we can see that he is reacting with fear and shock to the territorial dominance of the revolutionary forces and People’s Defense Forces of our National Unity Government,” Acting President said.
Currently, the militia and the Border Guard Forces are also fighting back against the military council. During the People’s Resistance War, more than 30,000 junta soldiers were killed due to a joint attack by the People’s Defense Forces and the ethnic revolutionary forces.

In addition, 3 residential houses were destroyed, and a total of 14,117 people from 16 villages are said to be fleeing for safety.
On July 9, 2023, LIB-264 fired 2 artillery shells from the Pein Za Loke camp into Chon Ain Village and Kauk Mae Thu Village, causing some damage to agricultural land.
On July 12, 2023, LIB-264 fired three 81-mm artillery shells into Gway Kone, Chon Ain, and Kauk Mae Thu villages, and 3 civilian houses were destroyed by the heavy artillery.

“It was known that one person was killed on the spot and one person was injured when two 60-mm heavy weapons fired by terrorist junta soldiers stationed in Inbat Gway, Khin-U Township, fell on Inbat Village School,” it stated.
The KUPDF has informed the people in the vicinity and revolutionary comrades to take special care.
7. The reinforcements of the terrorist military were attacked with mines between Hteinpan and Ywar Thit villages, Myingyan, resulting in 17 casualties
On July 16, the Myingyan Strike Committee informed that the reinforcements of the terrorist military were attacked with mines between Hteinpan and Ywar Thit villages, Myingyan, resulting in 17 casualties.
“On July 16, at 8:00 a.m., the MGN 35 and Bo Sekka forces ambushed and attacked the junta troops of about 20-strong near Taung Pon Village. 2 junta reinforcement vehicles were also attacked with 12 mines between Hteinpan and Ywar Thit villages, resulting in 17 casualties,” it stated.
Myingyan is the place where the junta troops are working to gain control over the area, and it is an area where they usually move around only with a lot of security.

There was a fierce battle between the revolutionary forces and the junta troops due to their march to the Htonkha-Mawdaung road on July 15. The announcement was said to be made in order to not harm the public as the fighting will continue to intensify.
