According to the Chin Defence Force-Mindat, the terrorist military council in Mindat and the CDF-Mindat clashed at 5:00 p.m. on April 24 at 4 miles near LIB-274 and at 7:00 a.m. on April 26 at the intersection of Kanpetlet Road.
