1. Union Minister meets with EU Parliament officials
It is reported that Union Minister U Aung Myo Min met with relevant members of Parliament, including office members of EU Parliament Vice President, Mrs. Heidi Hautala, and Parliament Representative Mr. Vincze Lora’nt, on September 25 (local time), and exchanged views on the situation of Myanmar’s Spring Revolution.
In the discussion, they discussed the human rights violations in Myanmar, the deteriorating economic, social and financial conditions under the terrorist military junta regime, more jet fuel embargo sanctions on the terrorist military junta, discussions on how to provide humanitarian aid to Myanmar across the border, and the activities of the Ministry of Human Rights.
2. It is said that the military council has lost most of the rural areas
On September 26, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Defence U Maung Maung Swe said the following while presenting news of the victory of the Spring Revolution to the public.
“Our people’s defense forces and allied forces, as well as local defense forces, have dominated most of the rural areas, and according to the strategy ‘from rural to urban areas’, the military council has lost most of the rural areas,” it stated.

On September 16, a middle school teacher from Pauktaw Village, Rathedaung Township, Ma Hnin Yu Nwe (27) was brutally murdered on the way.
4. A test flight of a reconnaissance drone for long-range operations of Federal Wings that can fly day and night
The Federal Wings drone force has posted a video of the Federal Wings’ long-range operation and reconnaissance drone test flight, which can fly day and night.
“These drones can fly day and night regardless of the season and have the ability to change their usage pattern according to the type of operation. Federal Wings is working day and night to rapidly manufacture and distribute reconnaissance drones for these long-range operations and carry out effective operations,” it stated.

5. The TNLA’s Brigade 1 Camp, Loimauk Camp, was bombed by the military council forces with 3 jet fighters using 500-pound bombs
The TNLA reported that on September 25, the airstrikes were carried out once at 10:15 p.m., and once at 10:23 p.m.
“On September 25, at 10:15 p.m., and once at 10:23 p.m., two jet fighters of the military council came and dropped 4 bombs near Ta’ang Army, Mam Kan Village and Nam Ngu Village. Then, at 10:30 p.m., one jet fighter from Tada-U bombed TNLA (Ta’ang National Liberation Army) Brigade 1 Camp, Loimauk Camp in Muse Township, again with 2 500-pound bombs,” it stated.
Some of the buildings of the TNLA camp were damaged due to two 2 500-pound bombs, but no casualties were reported.
There was no fighting between the military council forces and TNLA in Muse Township for 3 days from September 23 to today, but the bombardment was carried out.
Fierce battles broke out between the military council troops and the Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) from July 23 to today in Seilant, Nam Kat, Na Htan, Taung Ya, Nam Taung, Lwel Gyel Lot, Ho Paw, Hseng Hkawng, and Kaung Ya villages in Muse Township, Kho Mone Village, Kaung Mu Ya Village, and Linlon Village in Kutkai Township, and Upper Nyaung Kone, Lower Nyaung Kone, Phyu Young Village, and Kone San Village in Mogok Township.
6. As a part of Moe Lone Hmine Operation, the People’s Defense Force Battalions and the TNLA attacked a junta camp stationed in Yay Htwat Gyi Village, west of Mogok
“On September 26, at 5:15 a.m., the People’s Defense Force Battalions 1221, 1223, and the TNLA conducted a joint operation against a junta camp stationed in Yay Htwat Gyi Village, west of Mogok,” confirmed the Mogok-based Battalions on September 26.
The battle lasted for an hour and a half and ended at 6:30 a.m. A small arm, a pistol, and 5.56mm ammunition were seized, and the casualties from the junta side are still under investigation.
7. Leaflets urging to take shelter in the People’s Embrace are scattered by 3 Fix Wing Drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) in Ye-U where the military council troops stationed
On September 26, Shwebo District People’s Defense Force Battalion 14 informed the news that leaflets urging to take shelter in the People’s Embrace were scattered by 3 Fix Wing Drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) in Ye-U, where the military council troops were stationed.
“On September 26, 2023, at 4:20 p.m., Shwebo District People’s Defense Force Battalion 14 dropped leaflets urging to take shelter in the People’s Embrace by using 3 Fix Wing Drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) near La Min Hospital, where the injured junta soldiers attacked in the previous night were taking treatment, and the central clock tower in Ye-U, where the military council troops were stationed,” it stated.
It is reported that if junta soldiers, policemen, and Pyu Saw Htee members want to take shelter in the People’s Embrace, they can contact Shwebo District People’s Defense Force Battalion 14.
8. 1,264 boxes of military-produced Dagon Beer were seized and destroyed
On September 26, an official from Kani Township PaAFa informed the news that 1,264 boxes of military-produced Dagon Beer were seized and destroyed by crushing with cars.
“According to the information on September 22, Kani Township PaAFa together with relevant PaKaFa and PDF in Kani Township, Sagaing Division, stopped and inspected a lorry truck passing through the township, seizing miltary-produced Dagon Beer boxes placed in large bags,” it stated.
It was reported that the confiscated beers were destroyed on September 23.
