“The praise of the fallen martyrs and heroes must be deeply appreciated by all revolutionary comrades, including me, and the entire public. Moreover, we must continue marching until we reach the goal of the revolution that all the martyrs and heroes have been walking towards.
Therefore, I would like to urge all revolutionary forces and all revolutionary comrades to march together in unity to get rid of all tyranny systems, including the military dictatorship, and to reach a new federal democratic state that can guarantee national equality and self-determination rights as soon as possible,” the Acting President said.
Currently, ethnic revolutionary forces and the National Unity Government are cooperating militarily and politically.

4. The 2023 Basic Education Completion Assessment Certificate will be issued only after the completion of evaluation period
On July 23, the Ministry of Education issued an official notice that the 2023 Basic Education Completion Assessment Certificate will be issued only after the evaluation period of the written answers is completed.
“All those who participated in the first and second programs of the “Basic Education Completion Assessment Program (2023)” will be able to see the total score immediately after taking the exam. However, the BECA Certificate will be officially issued only after the evaluation period has been completed to ensure that there is no fraud in the answers of the respondents,” it stated.
When the BECA Certificate is issued, the grading (A*, A, B*, B, C*, C and D) according to the scores of each subject will be shown.
The results of the “Basic Education Completion Assessment (2023)” are being checked for fraud, and BECA Certificates (2023) will be officially issued after February 2024 using secure digital technology to only those who have answered according to the specified terms.
5. The Interim Local Administration Central Committee (ILACC) held a meeting with the township people’s administrative bodies of Tanintharyi, Ayeyarwady and Bago Divisions
On July 23, the meeting between the NUG’s Interim Local Administration Central Committee (ILACC) and the township people’s administrative bodies of Tanintharyi, Ayeyarwady and Bago Divisions (27/2023) was held.

Then, Union Minister of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, and a member of the ILACC, Dr. Tu Hkawng gave a closing remark.
The meeting was attended by Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, Associate Secretaries, officials from ministries, and members of the township people’s administrative bodies of Tanintharyi, Ayeyarwady and Bago Divisions.
6. 4 more male bodies were found in Sone Chaung Village, Yinmarbin Township, bringing the total number of victims to 18
On July 23, some ground revolutionary forces confirmed that 4 more male bodies were found in Sone Chaung Village, Yinmarbin Township, Sagaing Division, bringing the number of those killed to 18.
“Sadly, it has been confirmed by local sources that 4 more male bodies have been recovered from Sone Chaung Village, Yinmarbin Township. On July 21, around 2:00 a.m., more than 60 terrorist junta forces raided Sone Chaung Village, Yinmarbin Township, and arrested and beheaded 3 soldiers guarding the village. They also shot 11 innocent civilians. Those bodies were recovered.”
Including the 14 people killed on July 21 and the 4 killed on July 22, the total number of people killed in Sone Chaung Village has reached 18.
It is reported that after killing 14 people, including 3 defense soldiers, around 30 ordinary civilians were abducted by the terrorist army, and their homes were also burned down.
