The Interim Local Administration Central Committee (ILACC) Meeting (28/2023) of the National Unity Government was held on July 13.
At the meeting, Union Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann, chairman of the Interim Local Administration Central Committee (ILACC), said, “The revolution can be completed as early as possible if the township people’s administrative bodies can work together in a unified manner.”
The Union Prime Minister continued, “The revolution will be completed as early as possible if ministries that set policies, and township people’s administrative bodies that respect and implement policies, can work together in a unified manner, when they act according to the priority sectors to facilitate the public’s basic services. The revolution is developing a new landscape and I already said repeatedly that we are ready to cooperate with any organization that has the same common goal.”
In addition, “the terrorist military, which has been built for years by spending public funds, has been attacked from all sides by the revolutionary forces together with the people’s power again. Now we see that the terrorist military is suffering, and so, use it as a strength for the journey ahead,” the Union Prime Minister added.
The attending members of the Interim Local Administrative Central Committee, explained the completion statuses of the resolution and the future plan made on (27/2023), and the remaining processes to be carried out, and the attending officials discussed extensively.
The meeting was attended by Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, and officials from departments.
2. U Min Ko Naing said that the military council wanted to abuse Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s good reputation and image
U Min Ko Naing, a student leader of the 8888 generation, said in an interview in July that the military council wants to abuse Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s good reputation and image.

3. Myeik District PDF Battalion 1 conducted a search in Lakku Village based on a report of drugs and arrested a drug distributor at his home

Along with him, 36,268,000 Myanmar kyats, 64,935 tablets of WY pills and related items, 2 lighters, 1 aluminum foil, 3 pairs and a half-pair of earrings, a hand chain, 5 bracelets, 3 rings, 3 gold chains, and 2 lockets were confiscated.
It is reported that U Kyaw Aye, who was caught distributing and selling drugs, and the confiscated items have been handed over to the Palaw Township People’s Administration Organization, and the process is underway to take legal actions.
4. For the security of Mawlamyine-Ye-Dawei No. 8 Union Road, KNLA and PDF joint forces inspect vehicles passing through the road every day
On July 13, the Deputy Commander Office of No. 3 Sub-Military Region, Southern Region J.O.C announced that KNLA and PDF joint forces have been conducting daily inspections of vehicles passing along the road since last June 15 for the security of Mawlamyine-Ye-Dawei No. 8 Union Road.
On July 13, from 9:41 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., security checks were carried out along Union Road, and it was reported that the public cooperated fully.
As the battalions and units of the coup terrorist military are using civilian cars and passenger cars to expand military forces, including weapons and ammunition, the vehicles traveling on Mawlamyine, Mudon, Ye, Thanbyuzayat, Dawei, and Myeik roads are warned not to carry junta soldiers or goods belonging to the military council, and the public is advised not to ride in military council vehicles.

The 1008 Infantry-Southern Shan Revolution Youth (SSRY) informed the military news on July 13 that the junta logistic vehicle that came out of Pekon to deliver food and military equipment was attacked, killing junta soldiers on the vehicle, and the military weapons and ammunition were seized.
“Our 1008 Battalion (SSRY), SSLRU, NPT (PaKaFa.), KRU, Pekhon PDF 1002 Battalion, and Southern Shan alliances cooperatively attacked the junta logistic vehicle that came out from Pekhon to deliver food and military equipment with mines between Pointing Buddha Pagoda and Sitting Buddha Pagoda on July 9, around 8:00 to 9:00 p.m., resulting in casualties.
According to the information on the ground, a company quartermaster sergeant, a corporal, a lance corporal, and a driver from the military council side were killed on the spot. A comrade on the ground said that they had to retreat urgently due to the excessive firing of heavy weapons by the military council side.
In the encounter, one MA1, one machine gun, 16 60-mm bombs, one 18-mine, one Tecno mobile phone, other military weapons and ammunition and military food items were reportedly seized.
6. Using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), six 1 kg bombs were dropped on junta soldiers and Pyu Saw Htee members in Bant Bway Pyu Village, Yinmarbin Township
KLG PDF (Kyauk Lone Gyi PDF) confirmed the military news that six 1 kg bombs were dropped on junta soldiers and Pyu Saw Htee members in Bant Bway Pyu Village, Yinmarbin Township, Sagaing Division, by using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) at about 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on July 13.
“On July 13 from about 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., junta soldiers and Pyu Saw Htee members in Bant Bway Pyu Village, Yinmarbin Township, were attacked by dropping six 1 kg bombs using Shar Htoo Waw Drone technology (unmanned aerial vehicle – UAV). The attack was cooperatively conducted by Kyauk Lone Gyi PDF – KLG PDF (Battalion 21, 22, and 23), Byatta Nyi Naung – BTNN PDF, Chindwin Tiger – CTPDF, B2 Fighter PDF, and Bank Two PDF, ” it stated.
In the attack, two bombs fell on a military council’s lieutenant’s house in Bant Bway Pyu Village, Yinmarbin Township, two bombs fell on the junta’s bunker next to the monastery, and two bombs fell on the bunker next to the highway. It is said that the casualties are still being confirmed.
7. Due to the military situation, the passage of the Saw-Kyaukhtu road section is temporarily closed
On July 13, Gangaw District Battalion 13 issued an emergency warning statement saying that due to the military situation, the passage of the Saw-Kyaukhtu road section has been closed.
“According to the recent military situation, the passage of the Saw-Kyaukhtu road section is blocked from now on,” it stated.
