The NUG Union Prime Minister says that he, along with the whole country who loves justice, is saddened by the recent case in Tabayin Township, Sagaing Division
Union Prime Minister Mann Win Khaing Than said at the 68th Cabinet Meeting of the National Unity Government held on September 20, “I would like to say first of all that I, along with the people of the whole country who loves justice, am saddened by the heartbreaking case that happened in Tabayin Township, Sagaing Division, this week. The terrorist military council committed atrocities and killings across the country throughout this revolution, and this heartbreaking incident is one of the worst incidents that we are deeply regretful for.”
On September 16, two military Mi-35 helicopters launched air attacks on a school in Let Yet Kone Village, Tabayin Township, Sagaing Division, killing six children studying in the school.
The Union Prime Minister added, “Since conducting air strikes on schools where children were studying is an inhumane act and a terrible crime, now is the time for the international community not to turn a blind eye to the severe human rights violations and war crimes committed by the terrorist military junta against civilians and children in Myanmar.”

At a meeting between the ministry, and township administration bodies and security forces in Sagaing and Magway Divisions, U Lwin Ko Latt, Union Minster of Home Affairs and Immigration, said the following: The actions of the townships are very important for the success of the revolution; defense and administration processes must be carried out in a balanced manner; similarly, the people’s administration bodies must take strict action to ensure that public service sectors are not neglected.
The attended members of the people’s administrative bodies (PaAPha) and the people’s security forces (PaLaPha) explained the ground activities of the administration, challenges facing and needs, the situation of the strong operation of the village administrations in the control territories, etc.,
Union Minster, Permanent Secretary, Associate Secretary, and officials from the People’s Administration Department, People’s Police Force, Fire Department, Immigration Department, and Special Investigation Department attended the meeting.

On September 21, the Ministry of Education announced that the first discussion on the implementation of a free interim online school to be opened jointly by NUG-MoE and PNFC was held.
Khun Myint Tun, Chairman of the Pa-O National Federal Council (PNFC), Dr. Zaw Wai Soe, Union Minister of the Ministry of Education of the National Unity Government (NUG-MoE), Dr. Sai Khaing Myo Tun, Deputy Minister for Higher Education of NUG-MoE, Daw Ja Htoi Pan, Deputy Minister for Basic Education of NUG-MoE, and officials from various sectors participated in the discussion.
The main discussions include: presentation of the issues for the basic education sector, such as, implementation of the Federal Equivalency System and competency standards (FES&CS), and Social Studies (SS) Resource by the focal persons of FES&CS and SS; presentation of the issue for the higher education sector, that is, the opening of Myanmar Nway Oo University (MNOU) by the MNOU representatives; presentation of the current activities of the vocational education sector by the focal person of the Vocational Education Committee (VEC); and presentation of the issue of the Teacher Education Network (TEN) by the focal person of TE.
It is stated that the PNFC interim online school will be opened by the Pa-O National Federal Council (PNFC), in partnership with the NUG-MoE, with the aim to restore the education system that was disrupted by the military coup, and to support the ongoing learning of students who are boycotting the military slave education system during the revolutionary period.

Naw Susanna Hla Hla Soe, Union Minister of Women, Youths and Children Affairs, added the following in her opening address at the International Day of Peace on September 21.
“Historically, we can see that the dictators created ethnic conflict and divided the citizens to maintain their power.”
Also, at present time, the military coup leaders have given positions to monks, divided the monks into sects, and detained monks who do not support them in prisons.
The Forest Cobra Force successfully produced a home-made long-range weapon named T-V2
On September 21, the Forest Cobra Defense Force, which is a local defense force in Sagaing Division, said, “We, the Forest Cobra Force, have successfully produced a long-range weapon named T-V2 on September 21. The one produced on June 9, named 500 MaMa, was effectively used in the Sintgaing-Yaelelkyun battle on July 28.”
The Forest Cobra Force also asks for the people’s support as the production process was stopped due to financial difficulties.
A policeman serving in Kanpetlet Township, Chin State, surrendered to CDF-Kanpetlet with his weapons, M16 and G3 rifles, and he was awarded money
On September 21, CDF-Kanpetlet released the news that a policeman had surrendered to CDF-Kanpetlet.
It states, “We, CDF-Kanpetlet, escorted a policeman serving in Kanpetlet Township, Chin State, Pyae Phyo Zin, who contacted us and said that he wanted to surrender to us.”
The policeman was said to have been awarded money by CDF–Kanpetlet and was escorted to the liberated area according to his will.
The items he brought with him include a G3 rifle, a M16 rifle, three G3 magazines, two M16 magazines, 110 rounds of 7.62 ammo, 5 rounds of 9mm ammo, and a bulletproof vest.
CDF–Kanpetlet said that it has invited all police and military personnel who want to cooperate with the people.
A local woman was hit and killed by a heavy weapon shell when LIB-351 arbitrarily fired heavy weaponry into Taungsu Village, Kyaukkyi Township, Bago Division
The Assistance Association for Political Prisoners (AAPP) described the death tolls due to the terrorist military in its daily briefing.
It states, “On September 17, Light Infantry Battalion 351, stationed in Natthankwin Bridge, indiscriminately shot heavy weaponry into Taung Su Village, Kyaukkyi Township, Bago Region. A local woman named Naw Thoo Lay Phaw was hit and killed by heavy weaponry shrapnel.”
The locals in Taung Su Village were forced to move by the terrorist army and had to flee outside the village. After bringing rice back from the village, Naw Thoo Lay Phaw was hit and killed by a heavy weaponry shell when she was trying to leave the village.
A total of 2,303 people have been killed during the Spring Revolutionary period.
