1. People’s Defence Force (Mandalay) conducted education on protection against the threat of air strikes and heavy weapons

It is reported that the Public Relations and Mobilization Department of People’s Defence Force (Mandalay) – MDY-PDF conducted educational programs to raise the awareness of the people of the safety guidelines for protection against air strikes and heavy weapons.

MDY-PDF also appeals to the public to strictly follow the guidelines as much as possible since the more the terrorist military council is defeating, the more they commit airstrikes against the public and civilian targets blatantly.

MDY – PDF published guidelines for the prevention of threats from heavy weapons and air strikes –

(a) Properly excavate bomb shelter pits and bunkers near the house and inside the yard.

(b) If you are on the street or in the field, run straight to the nearest building and hide.

(c) Do not go out to watch the airstrikes and take pictures of the airstrikes outside your home.

(d) If you hear the sound of helicopters and fighter planes flying, immediately hide in bomb shelters and bunkers. As fragments of the explosives tend to fly upwards, the zone closest to the ground can be considered the safest.

(e) Stay close to non-mirrored walls, but should not lean against the walls. When the ground shakes, you may injure yourself due to the impact.

(f) Stay prone position, keep your face close to the ground, and cover the back of your head by crossing your arms or interlocking your fingers. Keep your mouth slightly open to prevent possible lung damage from the wave of the blast.

(g) You can watch out for the news for air flights from nearby revolutionary forces and Telegram Group (t.me/enemyairroute, t.me/nasairscout, t.me/WaiHin).
