At least 89 people have been killed in a wildfire in a picturesque town on Maui this week, reports say, making it the deadliest US wildfire in centuries. The United States is also a partner country in Myanmar’s return to the path of democracy.

On August 12, at 9:17 p.m., urban guerrilla forces bombed the military-owned Mytel tower in War Gar Ma Ni Village, Daik-U Township, Bago Division. One of the two operator boxes inside was completely destroyed and the other one caught fire.
On August 13 at about 6:00 a.m., the junta convoy of 3 vehicles that came to inspect the condition were attacked by mines. But because the junta troops used jammers, they could not detonate them on their way. So, the urban guerrilla forces waited for the junta convoy’s way back and attacked with mines by using other techniques. There, a black Honda Fit belonging to the military council was reportedly damaged.
The attack was carried out jointly by the Soul Takers-Yangon Underground Force and the 9 Stars UG Force, and it is reported that all these UG comrades have reached their respective liberated areas safely.
According to subsequent reports, a policeman in a black Honda Fit was injured and is being hospitalized.
7. The Union Liberation Front (ULF) attacked a 100-strong military council column that came to smuggle out the public-owned timber in Yinmarbin Township, killing at least 15 junta soldiers

After that, ULF attacked again for the second time at 10:00 a.m. During the 1 hour of the battle, the junta troops were wounded, and the Monywa (Kyauksitpon) Artillery Unit and reinforcements near Ngwe Gabar Min fuel station on Shwe Taung U hill provided support with 120 mm heavy artillery firing.
As a result of the firing, 5 ULF comrades were injured, two comrades honorably gave their lives for the country, and one comrade went missing.
The attack was carried out by the KLG Column, Comrade Column and Alpha Column of the Union Liberation Front (ULF).

“On August 12, at 9:15 p.m., our MVRF and joint forces ambushed and attacked military council soldiers who were patrolling on 2 motorcycles on Myo Pat road of Myaing, Magway Division, killing all 3 military council soldiers.
A motorcycle they were riding was destroyed by fire, 2 weapons were seized. The MVRF and joint forces were able to retreat safely.
