Acting President of the National Unity Government, Duwa Lashi La, said that the Spring Revolution is a revolution through politics based on the people, at the 78th birthday ceremony of National League for Democracy Chairperson Daw Aung San Suu Kyi on June 19.
“We all know that we are waging the Spring Revolution with all our might. The Spring Revolution is not a mass revolution based on the armed path alone. It is also a political revolution based on the public,” he said.
In addition, the Acting President said that we must always fight for public freedom, and that fighting for public freedom and public justice can be equated with public leader Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s release from prison.

Currently, the casualties of the junta soldiers are still being confirmed.
The KRF has also informed that it will not carry out explosions or shootings that will harm the public.

On June 19, Myaing PaKaFa confirmed the military news that they attacked the Myaing Township police station and the places where the junta troops were heavily deployed, with small unmanned aerial vehicles.
“On June 18, at about 2:00 p.m., Myaing PaKaFa Drone Team, Squadron-3 and Squadron-4 of Myaing PaKaFa Battalion-2, Salingyi Special Task Force (SSTF), Shar Htoo Waw Team and Royal Eagle PDF (Pale), attacked the police station and the places where the junta troops were heavily deployed in Myaing, with small unmanned aerial vehicles using four 1kg bombs, twelve 450g bombs,” it stated.

Karen National Union (KNU) announced on June 19 that the total number of civilian casualties in Kyaikto Township due to the firing of heavy weapons by the military junta has reached around 20.
It is said that on the night of June 16, at 7:35 p.m., the police station of Thein Za Yat fired five 60-mm artillery shells that exploded in Ywar Lay, the new ward of Thein Za Yat, killing one civilian woman and injuring four after being hit by shrapnel.
