This attack was carried out by the ZERO Guerrilla Force (Myingyan District Battalion-7) and Red Dragon PDF (Kyaukse District Battalion-1), Natogyi People Defence Force (Myingyan District Batttalion-4), Sadaung Thunder Defense Force and allies.
