2. A good “Chain of command” army must be built to succeed in the people’s revolution, the Defense Minister says
The Defense Minister U Yee Mon said a good “chain of command” army must be built in order to succeed in the people’s revolution. The defense minister said in a speech to the PDF comrades sent to the military parade of P.D.F (Mandalay) in January. “We have to build a good “Chain of Command” army in order to succeed in the people’s revolution. This revolution is also a battle between the fascist army and the people’s army. The fascist army, which has no future, is committing war crimes without fear,” the Minister said. Currently, there are many youth urban guerrillas and local LPDF groups, including nearly 300 units of the People’s Defense battalion and 250 township PDF groups.
3. Publishing the hearing and investigation team’s report on the FOEIM school process
The report of the hearing and investigation team on the Free Online Educational Institution Myanmar (FOEIM) school process will be published, according to the Deputy Minister of Education. Deputy Minister Ja Htoi Pan said on January 6. “We take the FOEIM issue very seriously as a ministry because it affects students, parents, and teachers. Regarding the FOEIM issue, the NUG’s hearing and investigation team, which included professors as MOE representatives, questioned both groups, and it has already announced that the investigation had to be stopped due to their lack of cooperation and attempts to enlist the ministry as needed. The report from the hearing and investigation team will continue to be released,” she said.
The National Unity Government investigated the incidents regarding the FOEIM school from November 22 to December 16, including financial and security issues, through 12 separate meetings and plenary sessions, meetings with teachers and students, as well as hearing the voices of the participants. As the ministry, we will continue to do what we should do, focusing only on the public and the revolution, based on the reports of the hearing and investigation team. This requires the cooperation of all relevant groups. As the Ministry and myself, we are connected with many online and ground schools, and we have not given special rights to any organization or individual. It is well known that ministers and deputy ministers always attend any school, not just the FOEIM school, if they are invited to hold events at all interim online schools.
