It is reported that the Interim Local Administration Central Committee (ILACC) of the National Unity Government (NUG) met and discussed with the people’s administrative bodies of special administrative areas.
The meeting between the Interim Local Administration Central Committee of the National Unity Government and the people’s administrative bodies of special administrative areas (40/2022) was held on December 25.
At the meeting, H.E. Dr. Zaw Wai Soe, Union Minister of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education, and member of the Interim Local Administration Central Committee (ILACC), gave an opening speech.
Relevant officials from ministries explained the processes that have been conducted according to the sectors; finance, electricity, communication, tax collection, defense, health, education, justice, and natural resources and environmental conservation within the special administrative areas. Then, the people’s administrative bodies of special administrative areas discussed the difficulties they were facing on the ground and things they wanted to know.
The meeting was attended by Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and Associate Secretaries who are also members of ILACC, relevant officials of ministries, and leaders and members of the people’s administrative bodies of special administrative areas.

It has been reported that the bodies were buried near Kanni Village.

The number of casualties among the remaining Pyu Saw Htee is unknown, but the people’s comrades were able to retreat unscathed.
