In September, U Lwin Ko Latt, Union Minister of Home Affairs and Immigration, clarified regarding the formation of district people’s administration bodies.
“We are already working on issues related to the district administration processes. In district administration, not only for administrative responsibilities but also for military needs, the district administration bodies were formed to carry out military and defense matters with the leadership of the commanders in each district.”
At present, in the territories under the control of the National Unity Government — Katha Township, Kawlin Township, and Kanbalu Township — people’s administration, education, and healthcare processes are being implemented under the “three Ka” project.

The Interim Online School will be opened by the Pa-O National Federal Council (PNFC), in partnership with the Ministry of Education of the National Unity Government (NUG-MoE), on September 24.
Dr. Zaw Wai Soe, Union Minister of Education of the National Unity Government (NUG-MoE), Khun Myint Tun, Chairman of the Pa-O National Federal Council (PNFC), Dr. Sai Khaing Myo Tun, Deputy Minister of the NUG-MoE, and Daw Ja Htoi Pan, Deputy Minister for Basic Education of the NUG-MoE, will attend the opening ceremony.
The PNFC Interim Online School will be opened by the Pa-O National Federal Council (PNFC), in partnership with the NUG-MoE, with the aim of restoring the education system that was disrupted by the military coup, and to support the ongoing learning of students who are boycotting the military slave education system during the revolutionary period.
The syllabus of the “PNFC Interim Basic Education Free Online School” will include necessary supplements not only for Pa-O but also for all ethnic groups in the union territory.

The little girl donated her earrings after the rally in support of the UN Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun by a village group in the territory of the People’s Defense Force-Htilin (Gangaw District Battalions 3902, 3904, and 3910).

On September 23, Click2donate announced, “This month, we have received one more income. That is from Facebook. We received a total of 4,410 USD from the stars. Once the money is received, we will start distribution.”
