“As all of our cabinet members are aware, we are currently in a revolutionary period. On the other hand, we have been fighting the resistance war. We are revolutionizing the military dictatorship not only politically but also militarily. Every day, our society is confronted with armed conflicts.”
The National Unity Government is currently accelerating military operations and implementing the revolution in accordance with its one-year strategic plan.

At least 361 comrades from the resistance forces sacrificed their lives for the revolution, and 476 were injured. A mass quantity of ammunition, including various (189) weapons, was seized from the enemy. According to the Ministry of Defense, the operation was carried out by the People’s Defense Forces under the No.1 military region and EROs joint forces.

“On March 6, the Karenni Commando Force suddenly raided the Huayuan camp where the terrorist junta’s KhaLaYa (54) unit and border guards were stationed there.”
Six terrorist junta forces were killed in the battle, and seven weapons were seized, including a 60 MM gun, one sniper, one MA-1, two MA-2, and two MA-4 guns. It is reported that the rest of the soldiers escaped.
8. Myanmar junta troops arrested six civilians in Pauk township
According to local sources on March 7, six civilians were arrested in the Magway region by junta troops who left from the Hnawpauk village in Pauk township.
“Around 3:00 p.m. on March 7, military council troops patrolling Myaing, Pakokku, and Pauk townships arrested six civilians from the Hnawpauk village,” the locals said.

The junta troops and Pyu Saw Htee militia members stationed at Katkyaw Monastery in Ward No. 7 of Yesagyo township, were hit by landmines. On March 7, Yesagyo PDF confirmed the military news as follow:
“The junta troops and Pyu Saw Htee stationed at Kat Kyaw Monastery in Ward No. 7 of Yesagyo township suffered many injuries due to a land mine attack.”
It is reported that the junta soldiers who came out of the monastery were hit by a mine, killing four and injuring two. The defense comrades who carried out the operation retreated without being harmed.
