Union Prime Minister Mahn Win Khaing Than said at the CDM Success Committee meeting that CDMers at home and abroad should report any difficulties openly.
“Over the past two years, our CDM Success Committee has been listening to the voices and needs of CDMers and implementing support programs, as well as safety, social, and continuous learning projects. In addition, I guided mental and physical support programs that were delivered by various ministries and partner organizations. However, requirements and constraints will remain. If CDMers at home or abroad encounter difficulties, please report them openly through our respective focal staff,” the Prime Minister said.
Furthermore, the Prime Minister reiterated that he has directed that CDM staff be assisted as best as possible based on urgent needs.

May our comrades who continue to fight for federal democracy while opposing the dictator be safe and win victory,” the Prime Minister said.
The National Unity Government declared the start of the People’s Resistance War on September 7, 2021. Currently, the National Unity Government is resisting the spring revolution alongside revolutionary forces, including KNU and KIA.

It is reported that four NUG bank accounts were closed on the same day that Myanmar was blacklisted by the FATF, two of which are still being resolved with the bank. On February 25, Planning, Finance and Investment Minister U Tin Tun Naing said at the meeting on the ground situation with One Day Challenge.
“On the same day that FATF blacklisted, four of our bank accounts were closed. Two more accounts, so-called KYC issue, are still being resolved until today. What I mean is that we cannot manage the international revolutionary funds on our own,” the Minister said.
The Minister of Planning and Finance said that the NUG government’s bank accounts need to comply with the existing laws according to the relevant bank and manage money for the revolution accordingly. Myanmar was blacklisted by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on the night of October 21, 2022.

5. Minister of Justice says courts have been prepared to match the federal judicial system
Minister of Justice U Thein Oo stated at the Interim Public Judiciary Development Committee meeting (2/2023) that courts have been prepared to match the federal judicial system.
“We will continue to provide in-depth training to the judiciary on the ground, and we are already preparing for courts that are compatible with the federal justice system,” the Minister said. Three policemen and one surveillance officer were injured when defense forces attacked junta-appointed police forces returning from collecting tribute in Pyu township, according to the report.
“Pyu township PDFs, led by captain Kyar Gyi, launched a mine attack on February 26 at noon between Khingyi village and Thayetkone village in Kanyutkwin town as part of the Nann Htike Aung operation,” it stated.

“In Chin state, a police sergeant from the military council’s Hakha township-based camp defected to the CDF-Hakha with weapons on February 26,” it stated.
The military council police sergeant defected to CDF with one G3 gun, four ammunition boxes, and a few bullets. He was sent to a safe place after giving a reward of 30 lakhs, according to CDF-Hakha
