The Union Prime Minister, Mahn Winn Khaing Thann, said that relevant ministries have to fulfill the needs of the ground as much as possible. On October 13, the Prime Minister said at the meeting of the Interim Local Administration Central Committee (ILACC). “We understand that we cannot act like a normal government in dealing with difficulties on the ground, also we understand the fatigue in operations due to the need of human resources. However, fatigue is no matter compared to those who sacrificed their lives for the revolution on the ground. We heard the military and administrative matters were discussed in the meetings held on the ground, also relevant ministries will also require to meet the needs of the ground as much as possible,” Union Prime Minister said.
After that, the attending members of the Interim Local Public Administration Development Central Committee explained that the decisions set by (31/2022) meeting, the status of completion regarding the previous processes, and the remaining processes to be carried out. Then, the attending officials discussed extensively the matters undertaken by the ministry.
The chairman of the Interim Local Administration Central Committee, Union Prime Minister U Mahn Winn Khaing Thann led the meeting and; U Lwin Ko Latt, Union Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration, Union Ministers who are members of the Central Committee, Deputy Union Ministers, and Permanent secretaries attended.

According to the meeting decisions of the National Unity Government, and the Central Organization for Interim Management of Heritage (Sagaing region), the policies issued by the Interim Administration Center for Heritage; cultural heritage criteria; a total of 30 regions, places, and buildings in the Sagaing region have been designated as interim heritages in accordance with the standards of natural heritage, also military action and destruction have completely prohibited those areas.
It is stated that prohibitions include land war or sea war or air war, placement of camp for war, shooting with large and small weapons, arson, destruction, stealing, selling, trading, repairing, modification, and attempting to damage the original condition. If violate the prohibitions, the actions will be taken in accordance with the law on Protection and Conservation of Cultural Heritage (2019) and the Protection and Conservation of Ancient Buildings Law (2015) in addition to anti-terror laws.
