1. The meeting of the Interim Local Administration Central Committee (ILACC) (19/2023) was held

At the meeting, Union Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann, chair of the ILACC, gave an opening speech.

Following, attending members of the ILACC explained the status of the resolution adopted at the meeting (18/2023), the completion status of upcoming processes, and processes that needed to proceed, and the relevant officials discussed them widely.

The meeting was attended by Union Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann, Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, and relevant officials from ministries.

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) announced on May 11 that some forces from the ground attack drone members of the Federal Wings will be gathered and formed as the No. 1801 Drone Force of the Ministry of Defence.

In addition, it is said that some of the members of ground attack drone force of the Federal Wings will be gathered together and established as the No. 1801 Drone Force of the Ministry of Defence and will take command step by step.

It is reported that the Ministry of Defence will support Federal Wings to provide the funds required for the production and installation of combat drones according to operation plans.

To ensure proper use of funds, the finance team of the Federal Wings Committee will cooperate with the finance officials from the Ministry of Defence. The Federal Wings will participate in operations with the Chain of Commands of the relevant allied ethnic revolutionary groups and will eradicate the terrorist military dictator.

3. The Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration held a meeting with the district people’s administrative bodies

The meeting held between the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration and the district people’s administrative bodies was attended by Deputy Minister U Khu Hte Bu.

“On May 9, at past 3:00 p.m., Sagaing District Battalion No. 4-MSPDF and Meiktila District Battalion No. 2-MHLG PDF jointly attacked the Kyauk Yit base camp, which is a place where junta troops were stationed, with two 40-mm grenades. On the day of the attack (on May 9), 6 junta soldiers were seriously injured, and one died on the night of May 10,” it stated.

It is known that another junta soldier who was seriously injured is on the verge of death.

8. A drone mission was carried out on more than 30 junta troops and Pyu members guarding the road near Kantaw Village in Pakokku Township with three Enagas, killing one Pyu member

It is reported that more than 30 members of the junta soldiers and Pyu members, who were guarding the road near Kantaw Village in Pakokku Township, were attacked with 3 drone-dropped Enaga bombs, killing one Pyu member. On May 11, Myaing PaKaFa confirmed the military news.

Due to the indiscriminate firing of the junta soldiers and Pyu Saw Htee members, a youth fleeing from Yaelarlay (Pyu) Village was killed. 

Pku thurain, Black Cobra and Myaing PaKaFa Battalion-1 jointly conducted the drone mission.

9. Senator Upakit, who was filed in the same case as Myanmar crony Tun Min Latt, charged with drug trafficking and money laundering, was withdrawn from the charges against him

If the situation is favorable, Tun Min Latt can also return to Myanmar safely.” 

When Myanmar crony arms dealer Tun Min Latt was arrested in Bangkok, Thailand, among the items seized from his apartment were the bank account books and documents of the condominium purchased in Bangkok by the children of terrorist leader Min Aung Hlaing.

Along with Tun Min Lat, Thai senator Upaki was also charged with having business ties with him.
