The National Reconciliation and Peace Centre was successfully attacked with two grenades. However, resistance forces were forced to retreat as junta troops returned fire while preparing to detonate a remote-controlled mine at the Election Commission Office. The comrades were able to retreat safely, and the extent of the damage is still being confirmed.
