On November 15, U Aung Myo Min, Union Minister of Human Rights, commented on the association registration law of the military council, saying that the law of the military council is intended to further oppress the people.
“Instead of having to protect the people, the law is oppressing the people more. First of all, those who participate in the associations may be subjected to strict surveillance and action for various reasons. At the same time, they [the authorities of the military council] have restricted the organizations that will provide humanitarian assistance to only cooperating with them and carrying out only those activities that are not dangerous for them. There is no way it can work under such an order, and the people who need help will not be able to get help,” said the Union Minister.
The military council is annulling the laws enacted by the people’s government and imposing laws so that they can punish and control as they please.

In November, U Kyaw Moe Tun, the Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, addressed the UN, saying that people of Myanmar are being tortured to the point of death in the interrogation centers of the terrorist military.
“There are several cases where detainees were disappeared and tortured to death in interrogation centers, civilians were burned alive during the raids on villages and killed during the bloody crackdown on nationwide protests over the last 21 months,” stated the Ambassador.
The terrorist military has arrested over ten thousand people and killed over two thousand.

The fact that major countries are paying attention to the Southern Asian region, in particular, is a good opportunity for the revolution. It depends on the grouping of the revolutionary forces and the major countries will put their hands in the pockets. It is true that it is not the same as Ukraine, I admit. Even the basis of interests differs. But for Myanmar, it will be able to influence the balance of power between the military council and the people’s revolution,” he said.
In addition, U Min Ko Naing added that it is the time when the prospects of the success of Myanmar’s spring revolution are raised in the international media.
Villagers from Wat Pyit Village, Ayadaw Township, were shot dead on the road while their hands were tied
On November 15, the Assistance Association for Political Prisoners (AAPP) reported that the military junta invaded Wat Pyit Village, Ayadaw Township, and arrested the local villagers and killed them on the road while tying their hands.
It states, “On November 7, the armed wing of the junta took two villagers, Phoe La Pyae and Sein Thant, hostage during a military offensive operation approaching Wet Pyit Village, Ayadaw township, Sagaing region. Their hands were tied, and they were shot dead in the head at close range, near Kywe Chan Village on Ayadaw-War Taw Ma road.”
Since the military coup in February 2021, a total of 2,463 people have been killed during the spring revolution.

The attack was jointly carried out by the True Fighter group and the Zero Guerrilla Force (Myingyan).

On November 16, the Eagle Brigade group announces that it has recruited new revolutionary comrades.
