NUG Union Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann says that the military regime led by Min Aung Hlaing no longer dares to fight soldiers to soldiers
Union Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann included this in his speech to the public on October 28.
“The terrorist regime led by Min Aung Hlaing did not dare to fight soldiers with soldiers. So, they targeted the civilian population and committed cowardly attacks and killings, and A Nang Pa incident that happened recently was one of the incidents that resulted in the largest massacre. Before this incident, everyone had seen firsthand the crimes committed in various parts of the country, such as the massacre of Let Yet Kone Village in Sagaing Division, the massacre of Mon Taing Pin Village in Sagaing Division, the massacre of Done Taw Village, Salingyi Township in Sagaing Division, the massacre of Moso Village in Karenni State, and the massacre in Matupi Township in Chin State.”— Union Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann said. The Union Prime Minister retreated that the differences of opinion and issues that need to be negotiated among the ethnic revolutionary forces should be negotiated.

Khun Baham Htan, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Human Rights of the National Unity Government, attended the prayer meeting for families of those who lost their lives in the recent air raid that happened in Hpankant Township, Kachin State.
“The revolutionary organizations and Kachin community in Melbourne held a prayer meeting for the Kachin martyrs who have fallen in the inhumane air strike by the military junta in A Nang Pan, Hpakant, Kachin State. I participated in this prayer event on behalf of the National Unity Government and gave a speech of encouragement,” — Deputy Minister Khun Baham Htan said.
Cr. Jennie Barrera, of Wyndham City Council, also attended the prayer meeting and also said that she is standing with the people of Myanmar and prays for peace.
A petition campaign to appeal to U.S. President Biden to stop the sale of jet fuel to Myanmar military
On October 29, the Global Myanmar Spring Revolution team announced this.
“Please sign the petition appealing to President Biden to stop the sale of jet fuel to the terrorist military as soon as possible.”
Of the estimated 700,000 IDPs in Myanmar since last year’s military coup, most are displaced because of airstrikes or threats of airstrikes.
The Global Myanmar Spring Revolution also stated, “Jet fuel is essential for air operation. Without fuel, a jet may not be able to fly and may not be able to launch air strikes. Therefore, we have to call on domestic and foreign federal civil organizations, and democracy agencies to stop the sale of jet fuel to Myanmar as soon as possible.”

The terrorist junta troops incurred in villages in the Kotaungbo area of Kanbalu Township
On October 29, the Kotaunugbo Revolution (KTB-R) group confirmed that a military column was incurring in Kotaungbo village and nearby villages on the morning of October 29.
It states, “The military council troops that entered Kotaungbo Village again yesterday came out this morning and incurred at U Nyan Kone in the east of Kine Ma Village.”
The Kotaunugbo Revolution (KTB-R) group also warned the people of the eastern villages to be careful and stay away from the military column.
The military junta troops are targeting the civilians in Kanbalu Township, Sagaing Division, with the intention of gaining control over the area.
In retaliation for the attack in A Nang Pa in Kachin State, KNLA-affiliated groups attacked and captured the Kyeikdon Police Station in Kyainseikgyi Township, Kayin State
On October 29, the Daw Na Column, the South Military Command of the People’s Defense Force of the Ministry of Defense (NUG), announced, “On October 28, at 9:30 p.m., the KNLA Battalion-18 and the Squadron-1 of the Daw Na Column jointly attacked the Kyeikdon Police Station in Kyainseikgyi Township and seized a lot of weapons and ammunition. The fight lasted for about 10 minutes.”
It is reported that the seized weapons and ammunition include 4 claymore mines, 2 coils of mine string, 23 grenades, 2500 rounds of 7.62mm ammunition, 23 rounds of 60mm rifle grenades, and other ammunition.
The Daw Na Column claimed that the attack was in retaliation for the incident in the KIO/KIA A Nang Pa region, as well as the atrocities of the military junta throughout the country.
It is reported that there are no injuries and causalities on the side of joined forces and that the investigation is still ongoing to confirm the death of the members of the military junta.
The Wolf Underground Force Myaing announced that the ordered automatic rifles have arrived
On October 29, the Wolf Underground Force Myaing, a local people’s defense force in Myaing Township, claimed, “The long [rifles] ordered for our comrades to fight against the military junta forces arrived at Wolf yesterday (October 28). Comrades are happy as they got what they wanted.”
The Wolf Underground Force Myaing is a revolutionary force that is resisting the military council troops.
71% of the Spring Mandalay Investment housing project has been sold.
On October 28, the End of Dictatorship campaign announced that 71% of the Spring Mandalay Investment housing project had been sold.
It states, “After the sale of the Spring Yangon Investment Phase 1, Spring Villa @MinDhamma, and Spring Glory @Thanthumar, the EOD team launched the Spring Mandalay Investment housing project. At present, Mandalay Investment has designed for development the Mandalay Moat and Palace, the military-owned land on Aung San Suu Kyi Road, the military-owned land at the foot of Mandalay Mountain, and the military-owned land at the foot of Ye Dagun Mountain in Mandalay. What’s special is that commercial blocks are being sold for the first time.
Since October 1, 2022, when the Spring Mandalay Investment project started selling, 71% of the total plots have been overwhelmingly purchased by revolutionary people. When we announced the Spring Yangon Investment Phase II in order to supplement the urgently needed revolutionary funds, the people were also following with all their might.”
According to sales figures, the Spring Yangon projects have raised about 27 million dollars, while the Spring Mandalay has raised about 12 million dollars.
