NUG sent a message of condolences to the government of South Korean for the damages caused by the storm
According to the NUG representative office in the Republic of Korea, the National Unity Government (NUG) has sent a message of sympathy and condolences on behalf of the people of Myanmar to the government and people of the Republic of Korea for the damages caused by Typhoon Hinnamnor, which crossed through South Korea on the morning of September 6.
The message of condolence was sent to the South Korean government by Dr. Win Myat Aye, the Union Minister for Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management of the National Unity Government, through the South Korean NUG representative office.
The South Korean NUG representative office has sent the NUG government’s condolence message to the South Korean government, parliaments, and civil society organizations in South Korea.
Two South Korean civilians have died and 10 are missing due to the Super Typhoon Hinnamnor.

The Karenni Army Center issued a press release on September 10.
It states, “After the terrorist military coup, Division Commander Myo Min, the Brigadier General-level commander of the 66th Division, who led the six battalions as reinforcements, came to Karenni himself and carried out terrorist operations with the local troops. Due to defenses, counter-attacks, and other strategies by the comrades of the Karenni Nationalities Defense Force (KNDF), the Karenni Army (KA), and PDFs, the Division Commander Myo Min was seriously wounded and the Division Commander had to be replaced.”
In addition, a battalion commander was killed in the battle of Hpruso, and two others were also injured in another battles. In the last few days, another battalion commander from the 66th Division, which had only three battalion commanders left in the Karenni region, reported unwillingness to do his duty and was sent back to the rear for severe punishment.
It is said that the 66th Division, which was famous in the battles of Laukkai and Rakhine, arrived in Karenni and faced the worst conditions, and the formation of the army was broken.

On September 10, the Sittaung Urban Guerrilla Force (Nay Pyi Taw) reported, “We would like to respectfully mention that, due to the encouragement of CDM Captain Nyithuta and the support of the people, pistols, bombs, and other items for use in the urban operations, as well as long items such as M4 and AK47 to be used during the battles, have been handed over to the urban comrades and to the frontline comrades.”

An outpost of the 352nd Light Infantry Battalion of the Military Council was captured by the Arakan Army
After the Arakan Army completely captured a military council outpost near milepost No. 40 at the Rakhine-Bangladesh border on August 31, 2022, the military council announced that they were trying to recover the outpost. They have been aggressively attacking the area around the outpost as well as other areas in Rakhine and Palatwa by expanding their military forces and using airstrikes and heavy weapons for more than a week.
Amidst the military council expended its manpower and they were on the offensive with air raids and heavy weapons, the Arakan Army (AA) stated that, at around 6:17 a.m. on September 10, they launched an offensive attack on an outpost of the 352nd Light Infantry Battalion of the Military Council, located at Goat Pe Kyaw Road (Peyuang Hill), about 3 km southeast of Longdon Village or Jadechaung Village, Maungdaw Township, which is a little distance from milepost No. 40 and successfully captured that outpost at 7:22 AM.
During the battle, many members of the military council were killed, many weapons and ammunition were seized, and some soldiers of the military council were captured as prisoners of war.
It is also said that the military council army has been attacking the area around the outpost with two fighter jets for the whole day.
