All non-CDM staff ranking from Deputy Director General to Staff Officer in the SAC-controlled Yangon and Mandalay City Development Committees, who remain loyal to the military council are blacklisted and dismissed
On September 2, the Prime Minister’s Office released a statement that NUG blacklisted and dismissed non-CDM staff from SAC-controlled Yangon and Mandalay City Development Committees.
In the statement, all the non-CDM staff from the rank of Deputy Director General to Staff Officer in the SAC-controlled Yangon and Mandalay City Development Committees, who continued to serve under the military regime were blacklisted and dismissed by the NUG on charges of serving at the will of the SAC without being loyal to the people of the city; constructing bunkers in the cities for the security of the military council’s troops by using the city development budget, which belongs to the people; installing and upgrading CCTV that helps SAC in monitoring, arresting, and killing the people who oppose them easily; helping SAC to arrest citizens who were involved in the revolution; accepting illegal promotions willingly and serving actively without considering citizens; knowing that the county is deteriorating but taking advantage of it for their own benefit and wasting the people’s funds; misusing and selling VFP (Vacant, Fallow and Virgin) lands illegally in collaboration with SAC; collecting taxes strictly during the time people are suffering in poverty; oppressing and threatening CDM staff who are loyal to the people; and being the main reason of the fact that the SAC can dominate Yangon and Mandalay Divisions.

“Calculating that the revolution cannot be over in a moment is not saying that it cannot win anymore. If we look at what we have been able to do so far, there has only been an increase, while their side has declined a lot. In the beginning, our side did not have any modern weapons, but now we have it to a certain level. It is not that MOD (NUG) does not provide weapons, it is just that it’s not enough to provide. It’s going normally. Sectors working with EROs on military strategy are now working regularly. In the beginning, there were no controlled areas, but now there are more and more areas that are being managed by township and local administration bodies (PaAPha), people’s security forces (PaLaPha), and people’s defense forces (PaKaPha) in a systematic manner. In the beginning, there were no financial management systems, but now, it has been possible to establish a systematic and financial flow system like NUGPay.” — Dr. Tu Hkawng, Union Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation of NUG said.
At present, the Ministry of Defense has registered 250 battalions of the People’s Defense Force and is working on establishing a command-and-control system.

All proceeds from ticket sales of lucky draw tickets will be fully donated to the revolution against injustice and to the people affected.

In July, the People’s defense force – Nay Pyi Taw (PaKaPha) produced single-barrel and double-barrel 81mm mortars, in the design of the Russian-made Howitzer, at a minimum production cost of only 60,000 to 100,000 kyats.

They suggested that 50 plots of 60 ft x 80 ft can be changed into 100 plots of 40 ft x 60 ft, and the original layout of the project will not be affected. Therefore, we will sell another 100 pots of 40 ft x 60 ft of Spring Glory @Thanthumar.”
On September 1 at the beginning of the Spring Yangon Housing Projects, all plots of 40 ft x 60 ft of Spring Glory @Thanthumar were sold out. According to the sales representatives, there are still many people who have registered to buy the pots of 40 ft x 60 ft of Spring Glory @Thanthumar. Therefore, 50 out of 200 plots of 60 ft x 80 ft will be changed to 100 plots of 40 ft x 60 ft according to the demand.
