Union Minister U Tin Tun Naing said that the spring revolution is not being carried out casually
In an online press conference held virtually in May, Minister for Planning, Finance and Investment U Tin Tun Naing said “Everyone will know that we are not carrying out this revolution causally. We are trying to prove that. This revolution will surely succeed. There is no reason to fail. We belief it and the buying of shares is a proof that the people already believe in it.
At present, Min Aung Hlaing’s mansion at No.14 Inya Road is being sold for 100,000 USD per share, and four more houses will be sold.
National League for Democracy (NLD) ward office in YaThit village in Taungtha Township has been seized
Taungtha People’s Movement Committee issued a statement that, at around 8 am on May 21, four members of the Military Council seized the National League for Democracy (NLD) ward
office in Ya Thit Village, Taungtha Township, taking the name list of NLD executive members of the Yathit ward office.
Therefore, Taungtha People’s Movement Committee urges those who ware in the list to evacuate as soon as possible.
Myanmar citizens protest at the Consulate General of China in San Francisco, USA
On May 20, Myanmar citizens protested at the Consulate General of China in San Francisco, USA.
A protester said “The Chinese government’s policies are hurting the people of Myanmar. The Chinese government is supporting a terrorist army that brutally killed the people of Myanmar.”
Since the military coup on February 1, 2021, more than 2,000 civilians have been killed and more than 10,000 civilians have been detained by the Burmese army.
