Comrade Chit Kaung (CDMer) was killed while resisting the junta troops advancing from Saung Nan Khe village in Nyaung Shwe Township, Shan State
On May 15, the 1008 Battalion declared “We issue this statement of condolence sine our comrade Chit Kaung (CDMer), the commander of our 1008 Battalion, was killed today, May 15 while resisting
the junta troops advancing from Saung Nan Khe village in Nyaung Shwe Township, Shan State.”
Battle has been raging since 8 am on May 15.
