CDM Captain Leo said at the People’s Goal webinar on May 15, “Now, they are putting pressure on the villages. Fascism erupted in the lower ranks, they said that the villages are joining with the PDFs, joining with the ethnic groups, they have to work so hard because of PDFs in the villages.
They said so and set on fire to flee out the villagers. On May 15, the 1008 Battalion declared “We issue this statement of condolence sine our comrade Chit Kaung (CDMer), the commander of our 1008 Battalion, was killed today, May 15 while resisting
the junta troops advancing from Saung Nan Khe village in Nyaung Shwe Township, Shan State.”
Battle has been raging since 8 am on May 15.
Junta troops burns tents near Ywar Shay (Padauk Kan) village and Htan Taw Ma village in northern Myaing Township
The BEGSC said “On the evening of May 15, the junta troop was setting fire to tents near Ywar Shay (Padauk Kan) village and Htan Taw village in northern Myaing Township. It is now known that there are still innocent people trapped in the village.”
It is also said that the junta troop, that set fire to Letyetma village the day before, split into two parts, southeast and northwest of Letyetma village, and entered the villages.
LPDF launches long-range rocket launcher capable of launching three to five miles
On May 15, the DaungLuLin – LPDF Production Center unveiled new successful short-range rockets and said “DaungLuLin – LPDF has successfully developed another successful long-range ballistic missile with a range of 3-5 miles. We need the help of our people to get everyone’s “Home” quickly.”
