Major General Tun Myat Naing of the Arakan Army (AA) sent a reply saying that he had received a congratulatory message from Acting President Duwa Lashi La.
On April 10, Acting President Duwa Lashi La sent a congratulatory message for the 14th anniversary of the Arakan Army (AA).
“Today is the anniversary of the Arakan Army, and I wish to work together to establish a federal union where the people of Rakhine have the right to self-determination and the right to create their own destiny,” it stated.
Similarly, Major General Tun Myat Naing of the Arakan Army sent a reply to the congratulatory letter sent by the Acting President.

2. Acting President Duwa Lashi La and One Day Challenge members will hold a meeting to celebrate the New Year
The Anti-Coup Committee (Korea) announced that Acting President Duwa Lashi La and members of the One Day Challenge will hold a meeting to celebrate the New Year on April 10.

3. The Ministry of Education recognized three online schools as interim basic education people’s schools
The Ministry of Education of the National Unity Government announced on April 10 that it recognized three online schools as interim basic education people’s schools.
It states that the online schools that have pledged to comply with the 11 public education accreditation policies and information technology security guidelines, have been recognized as public education schools.
The three approved online schools are Myanma Yadanar Federal School, Mya Nandar Federal School, and Eastern Sun Federal School.
Currently, more than 70 online schools and more than 10,000 ground-based schools have been opened nationwide for the Interim Education Programme.

There are more than 10,000 war refugees in Mindat Township and are in urgent need of food, medicine and shelter.
The number of people who fled due to the attacks by the military council forces in Mindat Township has exceeded 10,000, and they are spread out in at least 26 villages, and are in urgent need of food, medicine and shelter.
It is also known that efforts to provide humanitarian assistance to the fleeing people have been interfered with and threatened.
At present, the junta forces are not only conducting ground raids on Chin State but also air strikes.

In the combat, it is said that they exchanged fire for about 30 minutes, and while they were about to raid the camp, the joint forces ran out of ammunition, so they successfully retreated without being harmed.
It is reported that 2 members of the terrorist military council were killed and 4 were seriously injured in the joint attack.
7. 6 junta soldiers were killed in an IED mine attack between Nyaungbin Village and Thanparachan Village in Myaing Township
On April 10, Myaing PaKaHpa confirmed the military news that 6 junta soldiers were killed in an attack with a pepper mine between Nyaungbin Village and Thanparachan Village in Myaing Township, Magway Division.
“The Myaing PaKaHpa together with the Bo Lin Mway’s group ambushed junta troops between Thanparachan Village and Htanbonetaw Village at around 10:00 a.m. on April 8, killing 1 junta troop. A column of about 70 soldiers from Myaing to Kanni Village was attacked by a pepper mine between Nyaungbin Village and Thanparachan Village at around 8:00 a.m., killing 2 junta troops,” it stated.
At about 10:40, the junta troops who came to pick up the dead bodies were attacked with another IED mine, killing three more, including a machine gunner.
It is said that they were not able to attack the column in some areas because it was using arrested civilians as human shields.

“There was no battle breaking out in the place where they bombarded. I don’t know where else the fighting is taking place. The headmaster, his wife, and his son died in the place where the fighter jet bombarded. According to the locals, the body of the master was found with his arms in separate places. It has to repair his body for the funeral. The body torn apart into four parts is believed to be his son. He is assumed to be very young. Lumbang and Lungtar were also bombarded.”
On April 10, at 11 a.m., the military council conducted an airstrike over the Webula new town, 8 civilians were killed and the injured have not yet been confirmed.

It is reported that the three dead soldiers were put on a house next to Kawlin-Koetaungboet Road and burned.
Similarly, at 4:10 pm on April 9, a junta support convoy that came from Kawlin was mined again 200 meters north of the Shwe Myanmar petrol station in Kya Khet Aike Village. In the attack, the tricycle was reportedly damaged and 7 junta troops fell from it.

On April 10, the CDF-Hakha Council issued an order informing that all newly-arrived employees and all employees who were positioned to Hakha after the coup must leave the city before the end of May.
“After the seizure of power by Min Aung Hlaing and his terrorist military on February 1, 2021, all newly arrived military council employees and all employees who were positioned to Hakha Township from other areas must move out of public housing and leave the township before the end of May 2023.”
It also said that if the order is not followed, action will be taken as required.
