The NUG Ministry of Justice will establish military courts as soon as possible

The meeting between the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Justice held on November 17 resulted in a resolution that the National Unity Government would establish military courts as soon as possible.

Union Minister of Defence U Yee Mon, Union Minister of Justice U Thein Oo, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice U Min Naung Khine, Director Generals, Deputy Director Generals, Directors, and officials from both ministries attended the meeting.

In the meeting, policy making regarding military and civil justice issues, the establishment of military courts as soon as possible, the drafting and enforcement of a military law for the People’s Defence Force, as well as other general issues, were discussed.

On November 17, the National Victory Day, Union Minister Dr. Zaw Wai Soe said the following:

“From the current stage, where 50% or 60% of the country is liberated, we must achieve 100% success in the revolution. To achieve this, we must continue to take part in it. The entire nation and country must participate. This is the most important thing.”

On November 18, Union Minister Dr. Tu Hkawng wrote the following on social media:

“Last time, a preschool in Momauk Town was fired with artillery shells. Now, a preschool in Demoso Town has been attacked again. A child died and eight were wounded. It’s no longer a coincidence.”

In November, a child was killed and eight were wounded when the terrorist military opened fire on a preschool in Demoso Township, Karenni State.

NUG Union Ministers will attend the Live Charity Concert organized by the CDF-Matupi Fundraising Committee

The CDF-Matupi Fundraising Committee will hold a Live Charity Concert on November 19 at 8:30 p.m. ET (US).

Union ministers from the Ministry of International Cooperation and the Ministry of Communication, Information, and Technology of the National Unity Government will also participate as speakers at the live concert.

The CDF-Matupi Fundraising Committee also urged the public to donate as much as possible to the CDF-Matupi.

The NUG Deputy Minister of Education declares that the second draft of the education policy that will implement the federal democratic education system will be completed soon

On November 17, Dr. Sai Khaing Myo Tun, Deputy Minister of Education, said, “In order to become the education system that will assist extensively and more seriously in implementing the future federal democratic country, the second draft of the education policy will soon be completed.”

The Ministry of Education of the National Unity Government is implementing interim education, and the examinations of the completion for the higher education will be conducted soon.

The terrorist military invaded the villages in Khin-U Township and fired artillery shells, killing two comrades of the defence force this morning

The terrorist military column stationed in Ye-U Township, Sagaing Division, invaded the villages in Khin-U Township and fired artillery shells, killing two comrades of the defence force this morning.

On the morning of November 18, local residents reported that the military column marched from fields to the east of Kan Gyi Kone, passed through DY-2 Moo Baung Mani Kone, headed towards Tabin Kaung, and fired artillery shells.

As a result of the shooting, two defence comrades were killed and another two were wounded.

That military column, with about 70 soldiers, was stationed at the Ye-U Traditional Hospital, marched east of the Mu River Bridge on November 17, and continued its march along the forest road to Nyaung Pin Chan Village, Se Gyi Village, and Kone Thar Village in the southwestern part of Khin-U Township.
